Make vacation planning easier with the free Vacation Days in Denmark Spreadsheet! Skip the confusion of overlapping holiday periods and stop wondering if you have enough days left for next Christmas. This spreadsheet helps you manage your days off during the 16-month vacation period (September to December), and warns you when you plan longer vacations that you have days for.
This spreadsheet includes 3 color-coded sheets (tabs):
Dashboard
- Easy data entry: simplified entry and data validation to guide you
- Plan how you spend your days off: enter the number of workdays you intend to take to deduct it from your ‘holiday budget’
- See the number of days left: deduct spent days but include days earned until your vacation
Settings
- Customize your spreadsheet: add the starting year, so you can easily reuse the spreadsheet year by year; customize how many days you earn per month
- Translate your spreadsheet: all labels can be changed on the Settings sheet, so it is really easy to update the entire spreadsheet from a single place

This spreadsheet is only compatible with Google Sheets. Therefore, a Google account is necessary. After subscribing, you will be redirected to Google Sheets where you can make a copy of the spreadsheet.
